The Club, now in its 33rd season is run by its members and is attached to the Sharnbrook Playing Field Association. We share the Bar, Kitchen and Toilet facilities with the Tennis and Cricket Clubs.

Our season runs from late April until the end of September. We are open for play from 10 am until dusk, 7 days a week.

Approximately 100 club matches are played each season. Ladies, Men and mixed teams play in a variety of County league and cup competitions. Not every one wishes to play in competitive games and for them there are social roll ups. All are welcome! If your interests include grass and hedge cutting you will be even more welcome.

The Annual fees are :

Aged 21 on the 1st May £ 44

Aged 16 on the 1st May £ 22

Aged below 16 £ 10

 

For newcomers to the game we have some spare woods to lend before you decide to purchase your own. Flat shoes, i.e. no heels must be worn. Dress for roll ups is casual. New sets of woods cost approx. £100 but sets for sale are often seen for half that price.

On Friday evenings free coaching from a qualified county coach is available. New members will be made welcome, why not come along and meet us. The Secretary may be contacted through the Bar Steward any evening after 7.00 pm on 01234 781080.
